Refund policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We offer returns and exchanges only for orders damaged in transit or if you have received wrong item(s). Upon delivery of a product if you find that the wrong product has been delivered or the product is damaged or wrongly labeled, please immediately send us an email on connect@bswurld.com  within 24 hours of delivery of the product with the following details:

  1. Order Number

  2. Name of the product received

  3. Date of delivery of the product

  4. Nature of damage and/or defect

  5. Color photographs of the product that clearly indicate and illustrate the damage/defect

 

Subject to receipt of the above information within the specified period, b'swurl'd may replace the product to your satisfaction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Any product once used or applied will not be covered under the replacement policy. If Ubtan Story is unable to replace a product due to non-availability of the product you will get a refund for which you would have to share your bank account details with us.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 -20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
